Marketing Implementer - Non Fuels
Responsibilities:
An exciting role in the fast growing Retail organization of Indonesia. The role entails the localization and delivery of the marketing agenda in close cooperation with regional and global marketing,local sales,support functions whilst leveraging current and future partnerships with third parties for Payment and Loyalty (PayLo),Convenience Retailing and Lubricants.

Indonesia is uniquely placed as it has now established key partnerships with renowned local and international brands in these 3 categories: Citibank and BCA in PayLo,Circle K alliance in C-store,and Astra International in lubricants servicing. The role provides outstanding development opportunities and combines hands-on delivery of marketing plans,to market and competitor analyses and (regional) project work in the areas of network development,pricing,customer satisfaction and customer retention and acquisition. Requirements:
  • University degree with business and/or marketing background
  • Experience in project management and task-oriented goals.

Marketing Implementer Shell Commercial Fuels
Responsibilities:
Role will lead & support strategic fuels marketing, business development and sales improvement projects, particularly in the area of lead generation process, Route-to-Market (Channel Optimisation)/indirect strategy development, identifying new growth envelopes, Customer Value Proposition development/refresh, to drive business growth for Indonesia.

Guide Change, Mitigate Risk and Mobilization:
  • Intentional stakeholder mapping and management in Indonesia. Securing that all relevant stakeholders in the business and in supporting Class of Business are mapped and engaged as relevant.
  • Consistent and accurate planning and reporting of Marketing and Business Development activities for roll-in for Indonesia
  • Accelerate Customer Value Proposition(CVP) led growth in target sectors:
  • Drive Management and Business development agenda in country with implementation of key CVP initiatives in Indonesia to build sustainable competitive advantage in both Direct and Indirect Channel
  • Support creation of customer DVRs as part of effort to build CVP relevance in local market
  • Selective Growth – Leveraging on Sales Effectiveness and Winning Offers:
  • Increase sales effectiveness by supporting the on boarding and integration of new joiners in local Sales, attending monthly Sales First meetings and injecting rigour into Sales First basics in Indonesia.
  • Champion Sales First processes and behaviours using Sales CRM to drive quality convers
  • Drive local implementation of the regional Pipeline Lead Management processes in Indonesia by adapting learning from other countries
  • Must be comfortable in a global, virtual environment and in dealing with senior stakeholders at regional and local level.
  • This role works closely with the country, regional, global organizations and therefore will involve approximately 30% travel, primarily within Indonesia and the region.
Requirements:
  • University Graduate (min Bachelors) with 5 years of working experience
  • Self-starting, able to operate with virtual/minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership/interpersonal/commercial acumen, proven ability to influence indirect/virtual teams
  • Proven project management, co-ordination of project teams, accountability for delivery within agreed deadlines
  • Understanding of Fuels Supply Chain
  • Proven experience in either sales or marketing in B2B environment desirable but not essential.

Real Estate Team Lead
Responsibilities:
  • Delivers growth programs through team of Shell professionals and external Real Estate Brokers. Ties the acquisition targets to joint Shell and Partner business objectives which collectively deliver the network strategy.
  • Leads larger complex deals providing strategic leadership in the Network Team
  • Sets growth and property deal objectives that result in profitable acquisitions per local multiyear plans and timing
  • Target commercial opportunities and then prioritizes key activities that deliver the most value
  • Owns external Real Estate (broker/partner) relationships creating a unified team based on common goals and trust such that it promotes delivery of significant value both for Shell and the partner organisation
  • Appoints and manages property brokers (Knight Frank, DTZ, etc) & liaises with other external third parties (project management partner SKM, environmental consultants, etc.),
  • Promotes interaction with the real estate industry and retailing businesses to understand the impact of trends on Shell’s portfolio
  • Continuously improves the delivery of acquisitions, disposals and property management via interfaces with key stakeholders such that it facilitates quick decision making
  • Oversees and ensures efficient and accurate property management service (Lease renewals, rent reviews, rate challenges and issue resolution with landlords, neighbours, authorities and other stakeholders) through DTZ, a strategic partner.
  • Ensures consistent application of & compliance with all RE standard processes.
  • Responsible for internal communication and alignment with Engineering, Planning, Marketing, Finance, Sales, external Partners, etc in support of delivery of Real Estate, network and retail objectives
  • Accountable for market RE inputs into T&R, in alignment with other Network functions and accountable for RE Opex (POS and COM) budgets
  • Responsible for timely & accurate reporting of all RE related performance management metrics.
Requirements:
  • BA, BS, equivalent degree or real estate certification preferred
  • 5-10 years in a professional real estate role
  • Professional Retail experience and a good overall understanding of the Retail business advantageous.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Astute attention to detail while demonstrating ability to think broadly
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong English proficiency and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Transport Compliance Coordinator
Responsibilities:
  • To ensure compliance of Shell road transport activities with all legal, Shell global HSSE policies/standards, Road Transport contracts, Costs, Processes and other relevant requirements.
  • To manage road transport contracts and ensure compliance towards contract requirements
  • To close engagement with key stakeholders to plan, , prepare and manage fleet and scope changes as per business needs and overall enterprise requirements.
  • To conduct onsite controls of drivers (including Driver Trainers if relevant) / vehicles (incl. vehicle maintenance procedure) to ensure full compliance of all activities fulfilled by the hauliers and drivers with legal requirements and global Shell standards
  • To conduct site risk assessments at retail customer sites and depots to ensure full compliance with all Shell requirements, drive issue solutions if necessary
  • To manage Road Transport (RT) Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) activities/programs (including RT HSSE Case, HSSE Programs for hauliers and drivers, etc) and ensure local road transport contracts are consistent with common global and local vehicle specifications and global HSSE standard. To engage hauliers and stimulate them to apply a culture of proactive HSSE management in their operations/amongst their drivers and other staff Promote HSSE Best Practice and other improvement initiatives and support their implementation
  • To participate in incident investigation and follow up on implementation of agreed action plan.
  • To analyses and communicate all learning’s from incidents in own operations as well as from other parts of the world.
  • To ensure that Contractors/Hauliers have in place an effective recruitment and training procedure for drivers and staff, that meets Shell requirements.
  • To represent Shell during driver meetings and defensive driving trainings
  • To monitor and report operational Road Transport KPIs
  • To carry out haulier audits and to agree on improvement programmes with them including setting and following-up of targets.
  • To provide support to any company initiatives (e.g., Portfolio, Optimization projects, etc.) where there is Road Transport involvement.
  • To give support to marketing for issues at the interface of Distribution and Customer delivery sites.
  • As local Subject Matter Expert focal point on Technical Matters of Road Transport matters (including vehicle and standards/specifications) for hauliers to refer to, and in close liaison with Group Road Transport Expertise Centre.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor in Engineering (preferred) or Management from a reputable University
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Deep knowledge of HSSE standards and local legislation
  • Good Audit and incident analysis skills
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Computer literate (minimum MS Office)
  • Good knowledge of road transport operations including technical aspects
  • Knowledge/Skill on contract negotiation, contract management and freight economics

Communications/Social Investment Advisor
Responsibilities:
 

Support the Country Communications Manager to:
  • Provide strategic Communications counsel and support on areas of reputation opportunity and risk to relevant business leaders
  • Support the execution of external Campaigns as part of Shell’s Communications campaign programme
  • Work closely with both Center of Excellence and Business Communications teams to ensure alignment between global and local messaging
  • Functions as internal communications advisor to align internal and external messaging and content
  • Provide full range of external Communications support to critical projects including developing external engagement plans,liaising with external stakeholders and identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could potentially harm Shells reputation
  • Support the Country Communications Managers in all aspects of crisis and issues management
Requirements:
  • Experienced communications professional with over 4 years' experience (preference with experience in Oil & Gas Industry)
  • Demonstrable understanding of the business - gained in operating company or global business environment inside or outside Shell
  • Able to think strategically and translate business objectives into multi channel strategies / plans
  • Ability to secure the trust of senior leaders and good personal behaviours
  • Strong communications background with proven track record experience in external affairs and/or media management
  • Self-starter showing high degree of personal initiative, drive, and desire to come up creative solutions
  • Able to work and deliver under time pressure
  • Good and proven English writing skills
