Qualifications:
  • Male/ Female
  • Minimum of age: 24 years old
  • Min. 1 year of working experiences in Recruitment function
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75 (prefer from Management/ Accounting)
  • Detail oriented
  • Has good computer skills (MS Office)

Safety Officer (OSOF)

Qualifications:
  • Male
  • Minimum of age: 26 years old
  • S1 degree in Engineering/ Public Health & Safety from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same area
  • Good working knowledge of tank storage in terminal area
  • Certified in general K3, Basic First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting, and Risk Assessment
  • Detail oriented, good analytical skill, good business exposure, good communication skill, and good problem solving skill
  • Fluent in both oral and written English is a plus
Administration (FADM)
Locations : Sumatera: Palembang, Perawang - Riau; Kalimantan: Buntok Kecil, Teluk Timbau, Muara Tae, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Pontianak; Sulawesi: Manado

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Male

  • S1 degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemical/ Petroleum Engineering from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have good knowledge of safety management

Head of Operation (OHOP)

Qualifications:

  • Age min. 30 years old

  • Min. 7 years of working experience in operation function, at least 5 years in managerial level
  • Good working knowledge of tank storage in terminal area, and strong knowledge in safety (HSSE)
  • Able to work well in under pressure working environment
  • Good decision maker; team player but able to work independently
  • Mature, honest, hard worker, detail oriented

Logistics Marketing Manager
General Objective of The Function:

Manage, set up, and control logistics operations and management in order to ensure all the process and execution run smoothly, effective cost with no work disruption.

Function Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all Altus Logistics products are being sold aggressively in Indonesia.
  • Manage and control total coordination within Logistics Department to achieve the Zero Non Conformance.
  • Proactive in communication with Altus group globally and exclusive overseas agent regarding the sales & operations.
  • Monitor and coordinate the approved vendors/sub-contractors.
  • Ensure all market info is continuously updated.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Be a proactive in providing proposals and ideas that support process improvement and saving for the business unit.
  • Monitoring account receivable and payment for each customer together with finance department.
  • Prepare Annual Budget of Logistics Department.
  • Ensure annual target achieved as per set up budget.
  • Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists.
  • Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements.
Requirement:
  • Above 10 Years Experience in the same field
  • S1 from any field
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literacy (Ms Project, Excel, Visio, Word)
  • Technical Skill: Logistics Management

Accounting Staff
Requirement:
  • Male / Female, candidates below the age of 30 years old
  • S1 Degree majoring in Accounting
  • Having min.3 years working experience in related position, preferably from shipping or freight forwarding company
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Accounting
  • Accurate, fast learner, able to work independently and even in a team
  • Highly commitment & able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
