Job description:
- Provide assistance to the National Key Account Manager in the area of sales and promotion spending tracking and monitoring by category/brand, channel type, activity
- Monitoring spending and activities claims and take necessary action to follow up unclear matter and problems to distributor and supplier
- Prepare day to day trade spending marketing documents, verify its accuracy and complianceness to company procedures and regulations
- Liaise with the distributor and Key Account to ensure a clear understanding on charging and completeness of required documentations
