Reporting to the Country Head of Bayer MaterialScience Indonesia, your key responsibilities are:

- Support to strategy definition
- Internal control and business processes
- Lead the Health, Safety and Quality office
- Forward marketing and competitive intelligence
Your qualifications :
- Possess advanced business degree in business administration preferably
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to structure complex issues, identify essential relationships among different sets of data or information, and get to the bottom of problems
- Excellent interpersonal & English communication (oral & written) skills.
- Ability to evaluate facts and solutions comprehensively (overlapping subjects and departments). Consider consequences/risks of actions and weights their feasibility.
- Demonstrate business planning, strategic thinking and strategy formulation skills, i.e. the ability to recognize competitive advantages, critical success factors, market forces and work on a larger level.
- Strong planning, organization, goals/results-oriented and prioritization skills
