CORPORATE LEGAL STAFF 
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • To ensure that the legal documentation of company is being maintained properly and to provide administrative and clerical support regarding legal matter.
  • Direct responsibility to Corporate Legal Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Required an excellent speaking and writing skill in English.
  • Having an excellent skill in writing legal matter such as draft agreement, business contract, and so on.
  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Having minimal 2 years experiences in the same field as the Corporate Legal Staff
  • Willingly to travel and work at any branches of company
  • Having a “Service Excellence” attitude
  • Maximum age is 26 years old.

BUILDING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Main responsibility is to manage building and company's assets.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Having minimal 5 years experiences in the same field as the Building Manager
  • Fluently in English both oral and written
  • Excellent in management, problem solving and analytical skill
  • Having a “Service Excellence” attitude

HR MANAGER
Responsible for all human resource activities include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Responsible in the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees.
  • Responsible in maintaining the company's compensation and benefit system.
  • Evaluate and assisting in assessment of employee performance.
  • Responsible in training and development programs that enhance employees' skills and improve their abilities to work as a team also participating in employee orientation program or other employee event such as employee gathering, etc.
  • Direct and supervise Human Resource general administration i.e. updating employee database, updating applicant database.
  • Facilitating actions to resolve the employee issues and escalating them to appropriate management team.
  • Maintain good relationship with government department, education institution, employment agencies etc.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
  • Having experiences as HR Manager minimal 5 years.
  • Excellent knowledge about people character, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations of work.
  • Having positive mind and able to establish and maintain healthy positive working relationships with people in course of work.
  • Familiar with payroll system including calculating tax for employee (pph 21) & Labor Law.
  • Fluently in English is an advantage.

TICKETING - TRAVEL CONSULTANT
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Selling holiday and travel products to customers;
  • Responsible in issued domestic ticket and international ticket;
  • Handling customer orders and payments;
  • Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules;
  • Undertaking general administration;
  • Advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts;
  • Dealing with complaints;
  • Using and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings is usually accessed via a network;
JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Minimal educational background is SMIP/SMK/SMU
  • Having minimal 2 years experiences in the same field
  • Qualified in reservation and issuing ticket for domestic and international
  • Fluently in English both oral and written
  • Willingly to travel and work at any branches of company

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Primarily is accountable for maintaining the financial, administrative  and accounting services of an organization.
  • To prepare financial statements, budget estimation all departments and maintain cash reins.
  • To administer financial system, so as to ensure that finances are sustained in a timely and accurate manner
  • To preserve the accounts receivable and accounts payable systems, so as to guarantee accurate and entire records of each monetary transaction. Involves, assure and conserve funds, conciliate accounts payable, put in order journal sum-ups, conciliate accounts receivables, and issue receipts
JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Minimal educational background is Diploma/Associate Degree in Accounting
  • Having minimal 1 year experience in the same field as the Finance & Accounting Staff

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
The main responsibility is assisting Finance & Accounting Manager in operational daily finance & accounting work. Working under the direction of the Finance & Accounting Manager, directs and coordinates the daily activities of the finance& accounting staff to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, and liabilities of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, taxes, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data
  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Having minimal 3 years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor.
  • Detail oriented, organized, self motivation, and having a “Service Excellence” attitude

HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF 

The Human Resources Staff is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and operational systems success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Human Resources Staff will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Create and does recruitment process include conduct psychological testing and interview for each open position.
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping
  • Create Job Description in order to describe job vacancies.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

  • Responsible in writing the actual program using special computer languages

  • Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current software
JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Information System
  • Fresh graduates are welcome as long as having passion in computer programming.
  • Must have proficient knowledge in Computer software systems and programs especially ASP.NET language.
  • Fluently in English both oral and written
