Requirements :
- S1 from reputable Universities with 1 year experience or preferably Master degree from International Universities with minimum GPA of 3.25
- Single, maximum 28 year of age
- Fluent both in oral and written english
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- High-Motivated, Proactive, Adaptable, and Open Minded

- Experience as Branch Manager / Sub Branch Manager at least 3 years
- Having experience in the field of credit is an added value
- Willing to targeted and has an extensive network
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia

- Experience as a Team Leader in Banking Lending a minimum of 3 years

- Mastering lending (commercial & consumer)
- Willing to be placed in Bank Mega's business in Jabodetabek, Dumai, Batam, Ujungbatu Riau, Duri Pekanbaru, Pematang Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga
