Responsibilities :

• Perform secretarial duties to support the smooth operation of the branch
• Help the Area Manager to carry out coordination functions with Capem include meeting / workshop branch level.
• Area Manager helps to prepare the meeting agenda and make the MOM (minutes of meeting)

Requirements :

1. Minimal D3 (Finance or Accounting preferred)
2. Maximum 25-year-old woman
3. Ms master. Office, especially excel and word, as it pertains to the task of reporting the achievement of branch
4. Friendly, easy to interact with new people
5. Placement location: North Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta
6. Employment status : Outsourcing

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for inspection and verification process at the branch offices and branch offices located territory.
• Examination based on a schedule determined by the head office.
• Resolve the findings.
• Make a report if it found irregularities

Requirements :

1. Male/Female, age maximum 35 years
2. Minimum education S1 preferably majoring in Accounting, Economics, Management, Law, information system
3. Preferred The experience of minimal 1 year as a Internal Control in Banking or Company Financing
4. 3 years as an Operational Experience in Banking or Finance Company
5. Able to operate computer, especially Microsoft Office
6. Willing to be placed in a designated area
