9. Continues personal development and up-skilling and reach the capability level required of this role.
10. Assist to ensure that there is an effective internal process and operation environment within Finance.

Requirements :

• Along with a Diploma/Degree in Business or operations management,you should have 2 - 5 years in change and project management. 
• To succeed in this role, you should be meticulous and possess good organisation and analytical skills. 
• You should have good communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of colleagues.
• Good project and time management skills are vital to effectively manage the diversity of responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, financial systems and processes will be advantageous.
