We have begun design work on the natural gas project in East Kalimantan through Chevron Indonesia Company our geothermal operations in Indonesia help make Chevron the largest geothermal energy producer in the world. Chevron sells lubricants in Indonesia through our subsidiary PT Chevron Oil Products Indonesia.

Requirements :

• Project Management experience with strong facilities design, fabrication, construction, commissioning and startup background.
• Should have demonstrated experience running large capital projects or a portfolio of smaller capital projects.
• Experience directing the work activities and coordinating the interfaces between multiple disciplines and teams to execute projects.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas facility design including design basis and P&ID development, application of relevant industry specifications, development of engineering deliverables (data sheets, equipment sizing, etc.) and HAZOP procedures.
• Strong knowledge and experience with fabrication techniques and construction practices.
• Knowledgable and committed to implementing industry best practices in safety.
• Strong skills in cost and schedule control for assigned projects to ensure efficient execution.
• Education Level : S1 / D4
• Minimum GPA : 2.75
• Education Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power), Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering

Jobs Vacancy - Chevron is Indonesia's largest oil producer, with a total daily production averaging 485,000 barrels of liquids per day in 2009. Total average daily production of natural gas was 611 million cubic feet. We operate in partnership with Indonesia's Executive Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities through production-sharing contracts (PSCs).

PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) has a 100 percent interest in and operates the Rokan and Siak PSCs in Sumatra. Chevron's 90 percent interest in the Mountain Front Kuantan PSC is expected to transition to a local operator by mid-2010.Chevron has operated interests in five offshore Indonesian PSC areas covering approximately 3.2 million acres (13,000 sq km). Four PSC areas are located offshore East Kalimantan in the Kutei Basin, including operated interests in East Kalimantan (92.5 percent), Makassar Strait (90 percent), Rapak (80 percent) and Ganal (80 percent). The fifth PSC is a 100 percent-owned interest in East Ambalat, located in the Tarakan Basin offshore northeast Kalimantan.The working interest for each of Chevron's two onshore exploration blocks in western Papua, West Papua I and West Papua III are expected to be reduced to 51 percent in 2010 pending final approval from the government of Indonesia.
