The Company was established in 1987 and as of December 2011, FajarPaper supported by 2,314 human resources and supported by 5 paper machines with installed capacity of 1,200,000 metric tons per year ranging from Kraft Liner Board, Coated Duplex Board, and Corrugated Medium Paper. The Company produces and sells packaging paper to domestic (90%) and export (10%) markets. PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk has full accreditation under quality management systems ISO 9001:2008. Business Performance Enhancement
   
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university with min. GPA 2.9, Education background Economy Accounting or Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering, Preferrable from Private Reputable University
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Male with age below 23 years old
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
  • Job location will be stationed at Cibitung (mill site)
HR Supervisor (HR)

Requirements:
  • Male, 35 – 40 years old
  • Bachelor / Master Degree of Psychology / Industrial Engineering
  • Experience min 5 years as HR Supervisor
  • Having good knowledge in Organization Development, Job Description, Job Grading, People Development
  • Fluent in English both oral & written is a must
  • Willing to be located in West Cikarang – Bekasi
PPIC (Production Planning Inventory Control)

Requirements:
  • Male, max 30 years old
  • D3 / S-1 degree from Industrial Engineering with GPA min. 3,0 (scale 4) from reputable industry.
  • Experience min. 2 years as PPIC staff in manufacturing (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Hard Worker, ready to work under pressure, good working attitude, strong leadership and having a good communication skills especially presentation skill
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (excel, word & power point)
  • Good knowledge in manufacture production procedure is an advantage
  • Good Knowledge in Standard Operational Procedure and Quality Management System
  • Strong analytical, statistical knowledge and problem solving skills
  • Willing to work in WEST CIKARANG - BEKASI
Foreman Mechanical Engineering
  
Requirements:
  • Male, age 25 - 30 years
  • D3 - Mechanical Engineering
  • Exp. min. 2 years as Mechanical Engineering Maintenance (Preferable in Paper Manufacturing) - Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in Cibitung - Bekasi
Supervisor Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:
  • Male, age 30 - 40 years
  • D3 / S1 / S2 - Mechanical Engineering
  • Exp. min. 5 years as Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Supervisor (Preferable in Paper Manufacturing)
  • Willing to work in West Cikarang - Bekasi
Foreman Electrical Engineering

Requirements:
  • Male, age 25 - 30 years
  • D3 - Electrical Engineering
  • Exp. min. 2 years as Electrical Engineering Maintenance (Preferable in Paper Manufacturing) - Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in Cibitung - Bekasi
Supervisor Instrument / Electrical Engineering   

Requirements:
  • Male, age 25 - 30 years
  • D3 / S1 / S2 - Instrument / Electrical Engineering
  • Exp. min. 5 years as Instrument / Electrical Engineering Maintenance Supervisor (Preferable in Paper Manufacturing)
  • Willing to work in Cibitung - Bekasi
Tax Supervisor   

Requirements:
  • Male, max 32 years old
  • S1 - Accounting, GPA min 3,0 from Reputable University
  • Good knowledge with tax regulation & report
  • Good in English (Preferable - Mandarin)
  • Willing to work in Central Jakarta - Bekasi
Engineer Quality Assurance (EQA)

Requirements:
  • S1 / S2 - Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with min. GPA 2.75
  • Male
  • Age 22 - 28 years old
  • Experience min. 5 years in the same position (Preferable in Paper Manufacturing)
  • Job location will be stationed at Cibitung, Cikarang (mill site).
Administration

Requirements:
  • Male / Female, Age max. 21 years
  • SMU (Preferably SMEA), the average value of 7.0.
  • Can operate a computer
  • Willing to work under pressure and can learn quickly
  • Placement: Bekasi / Central Jakarta
